Former DNC Chairman: Gustav demonstrates God on Our Side

Former DNC Chairman Don Fowler was caught on tape claiming hurricane Gustav’s timing with the Republican National Convention “just demonstrates that God’s on our side.” Fowler has now released an apology, but not for the remark, and claimed the person who taped him was a “right-wing nut case.”

I guess Fowler is saying he only says crazy things like this when “right-wing nut cases are around…
