Rev. Jesse Jackson Caught Obama Bashing!

Oh this is priceless…It looks like the Rev. Jesse Jackson has fell victim to a hot mic. A hot mic is what is referred to in broadcasting as a microphone that is turned on before actually going on the air. It has gotten several people in trouble over the years.

Anyways here we have Jackson sitting in the studio with Reid Tuckson from the United Health Care Group waiting to go on the air when for reasons unknown Jackson feels the urge to tell Tuckson that he wants to cut Barack Obama’s man hood off!

“See Barack, um, talking down to black people on his faith based…I want to cut his n#ts off. Barack, he’s talking down the black people.”
Of course, Jackson is now apologizing every chance he gets, and Obama has accepted his apology, but the damage has been done. More damage to Jackson than Obama.

So why would Jackson say such a ridiculous thing? I am not sure, but a part of me feels it may have something to do with jealousy toward Obama. This whole Obama worship thing is driving him mad. After all he is the supreme civil rights leader, not Obama. He was the one marching with Martin Luther King while Obama was barely out of diapers, and now Obama is stealing the spotlight running for president.

Another reason may be Jackson feels if a black man wins the presidency then he may be out of a job as a civil rights leader. It is kind of hard to make a case for a racist country when a black man is elected to the presidency is it not?

Or maybe Jackson is just a plain nut case. I mean it isn’t the first time he has said something completely off the wall. Here is a list of some other fun quotes from him.

“There is nothing more painful to me…than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery, then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.” (Wow….what happens if a white man says that?)

“Great things happen in small places. Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Jesse Jackson was born in Greenville.” (I guess he had the messiah complex going as well)

“When we’re unemployed, were called lazy; when whites are unemployed it’s called a depression.”

“Capital punishment turns the state into a murderer, but imprisonment turns the state into a gay dungeon master.”
